Mortgage Broker Raumati
Mortgage advice for Raumati, Raumati Beach, and Raumati South, from our Paraparaumu office.
A mortgage adviser for Raumati
Raumati sits south of Paraparaumu, between the township and Raumati Beach. It is a settled residential area, and a lot of the lending we see here is people upsizing, splitting a loan after a change in circumstances, or buying their first place a few minutes from the shops and the station.
You do not need a separate broker for Raumati Beach or Raumati South. This page is the Raumati township brief. The beach and south each have their own page if that is the address you are buying or refinancing.
Our office is at Coastlands in Paraparaumu, north of Raumati. We will come to you in Raumati, or you can come to us. We compare 16+ lenders and mortgage advice is free — FSP665511.
Raumati is three addresses
The township, Raumati Beach, and Raumati South get searched separately, and the houses are different. This page is the township. If the property is on the beach side, or down toward Queen Elizabeth Park, use those pages. The adviser does not change.
People refinancing in the township are often in a family home they bought when they moved up from Wellington. People buying are often a first home a few minutes from the station and the shops. Tell us which one you are. The documents are not the same.
What we need before an offer
Pre-approval, then the property. KiwiSaver, if it is part of the deposit, has to have three years of membership, and $1,000 stays in the account. The First Home Grant closed on 22 May 2024.
The Coastlands office is a short drive north. We also meet in Raumati. Video is there for a lunch break in Wellington.
