Whitby, Aotea, and Titahi Bay
Whitby and Aotea are often newer family houses, with a particular school and motorway decision attached. Titahi Bay is a different coastline, a different insurance quote, and often a different house. Cannons Creek and the older parts of eastern Porirua are different again. The application follows the property, not a generic Porirua template.
