The quiet end of Raumati
Raumati South sits toward Queen Elizabeth Park and Paekākāriki. It is less 'town' than Paraparaumu and less 'beach street' than Raumati Beach. Buyers are often a family shifting down from Wellington, or someone who wants the park and the train without living in the village.
If the house you want is actually in Paekākāriki, use that page. The drive from Raumati South to the village is short. The property, and the way people search for it, are not.
