Richard specializes in providing simple advice to everyday Kiwis by breaking down industry jargon. He loves his job and believes his advice can make a significant difference in people's lives and those of their future generations. Richard enjoys helping people and has a network of contacts to provide referrals if necessary.

He has built new teams from the ground up, implemented new systems, and led successful change management initiatives, all with a strong commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.
Now, as Head of Operations, Dave oversees the end‑to‑end operational performance of the business, ensuring advisers are supported with the right processes, technology, and coaching to deliver exceptional client experiences. He plays a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening compliance and quality frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across lending, insurance, and advice operations. With a passion for developing people and building scalable, future‑ready systems, Dave is focused on enabling sustainable growth and helping the business deliver outstanding results for clients and partners.
